What is the meaning of “key” in the call logs?

“key” denotes the option that was selected by the caller on listening to your IVR. For example, your IVR flow is “Thank you for calling Xyz company, press 1 for sales, press 2 for support” and the caller presses 2 to talk to the support agent. The key option would show ‘2’ for this call.
