What is the difference between a regular member and an admin member?

When you add a member, you have the option to select whether you want to give him/her admin access or regular access. Following are the details of both type of panel:

Admin Panel

  • Add or remove members.
  • Create new groups or delete the existing ones.
  • Download and access the data of all the members
  • Can add contacts and assign to different members.
  • Create outbound campaigns
  • change passwords and security features
  • Change the IVR flow and the voice recordings of the IVR flow

Regular panel

  • Only see his/her own data and logs.
  • Can add contacts and assign to themselves only.
  • Can access his/her own break module for taking break
  • Can render themselves inactive. For example: If on a holiday.
  • Does not have any access to settings and cannot create any campaign
