How can I transfer calls using extensions

The live call transfer option of CallerDesk allows the user on call to transfer the call to another agent. To transfer mid-call, enter *9 to hold the call and then enter the extension number of the agent to whom the call has to be transferred. The extension number of each agent can be accessed in the User Management panel by clicking on the name of the agent. It's given at the bottom. You can also edit the extension numbers as per your convenience.
