What is the use of Time Schedule and how does it work?

Time schedule is used to set the working hours of your office. If a call is received after the working hours then a message will be played like “Thank you for calling Xyz company, we work from monday to friday, from 10 am to 6 pm. Our agents would get back to you”. This audio is custom made for every business, according to their specific requirements.
These calls would not be connected to your agents but the numbers of these callers would be recorded in the call logs and your agents can call them back during the working hours.
