Routing details show you the different agents that received the particular call when it was getting routed among them before finally getting picked up

For example: You have three agents and someone called on your IVR. Now that call was not picked up by the first agent, it got routed to the second agent. The second agent also did not pick it up and it got routed to the third agent who finally picked it up. All these routing details would be visible in the routing details.
