How do I filter my call Report

in the call logs window, you would see the filter option as shown below you can click on it for the dropdown list which would contain parameters like member name, deskphone, member number,etc here, you can select the parameter according to which you want to filter after that you can search for specific agents or desk phones as per your requirements
