What if a recording doesn't play

If a call recording is not getting played then check the following things:

  1. If it is the case with a select recording or some specific recordings then download the call log report from the panel and copy the specific recording URLs from that report and send them to your account manager.
  2. If all of the recordings are faulty and are not playing then contact your account manager with the issue as soon as possible.
