round robin ringing isa type of call strategy in which each of your agents get an equal opportunity to receive the call with no specific preference for instance, if you have three agents, the first call would go to agent 1, second to agent 2 even if agent 1 is free and then the third to agent 3 and then again to agent 1 hence, it follows a circular pattern in which everyone gets the equal opportunity to receive the call
