What are the different ways in which I can use the contact tab?

Contact tab can be used in the following ways:

  • To assign leads to agents: You can use contacts to upload bulk leads received from different channels and then assign them to different agents. Now, these assigned leads would be visible in the seperate panel of each agent. He/she can start making the calls from the contacts tab itself for further qualification.
  • To mantain a database of your customers: Contacts allow you to mantain a database of all your customers as well as data that could be later used for advertisement and marketing purposes. Your agents just need to mantain the record of every contact.
  • Can be used as a mini Lead Managent System: You can also qualify the leads as hot, warm, cold,etc. according to their response. A follow up date and time can also be set in which the platform would generate the call at that particular time and connect it to the assigned agent.
