How to add/edit Voice Prompt?

  • Open your admin panel.
  • Click on the manage tab on the left side.
  • Select Custom Templates.

  • In Custom templates, click on the Voice template option. Here you would see a number of options like welcome sound, Pre DTMF sound, etc.

  • Here you can upload the Custom Sound Recording in the applicable option. For example, if the recording is to be used for DTMF routing then upload the audio in the pre-DTMF option.
  • The recording to be uploaded has to be in a wav file format.
  • After Uploading the recordings save it and then go and set your IVR flow. When setting the IVR flow, you can now select the uploaded recording from the dropdown menu.
