How does the Live Call option help me?

The Live call function can be used by the admin to see the number of live calls that his/her agents are talking on at a particular instant. It shows you the number from which calls are coming, the name of agents to whom the calls are connected to and the current duration of each call. He can also listen to the recording of a live call with a lag of 1 minute with respect to the actual call. In the Live Call tab you can also see how many calls are live and how many calls are queued to be picked up next.

In the agent panel, when you visit the live call page during the call, a popup window comes up where the agent can enter the details of the client and save his/her number during the call only
