What is multi-IVR sticky?

Multi IVR sticky is similar to sticky agent with just one single difference. 

I’ll explain with an example. For instance you have an agent-A who is there in both sales and support groups. Now let's assume client B called on your IVR number, pressed 1 for sales and then was connected to agent A.  Now, if client B calls the next time and this time he presses 2 for support, he would again get connected to Agent A who is also there in the support group. Thus, multi IVR sticky works across groups.
