Sequential ringing is a type of call strategy which allows you to set the order of preference in which you want the agents to receive a call. For example if there are 2 agents, one is an experienced sales person and the other is a fresher, then you can set the priority and makes sure that the call is received by the agent 1 on priority and if he is busy then it goes to the agent 2.
