Click2call is our outbound call feature which allows you to call a number directly from the platform. You don’t need to save that number or upload it as data beforehand. It’s basically a dialer just like your mobile phone’s dialer and your agents can use it if they qualify a new lead from an advertisement or anywhere else by themselves.
