To access the call recordings follow these steps:

- Click on the report option on the top of your panel.
- Next click on the logs option
- In the logs option you see the logs of calls that were tracked by the platform.
- In front of every log there is the view option. Click on that.
- A side window would open up that would show you the recording of that call.
